Chiikawa, which means Something Small and Cute, is a Japanese web manga series created by Nagano. It started in January 2020 on the social networking site Twitter/X and began posting comics online as short comics. Due to its popularity among people, the chapters were later published in books known as tankobon by a publishing company known as Kodansha. As of November 2024, over 3.6 million copies (both digital and print) of Chiikawa were sold. Chiikawa has been popular; therefore, the studio, Doga Kobo, has adapted it into an anime TV series. Its first season was broadcast in Japan between April 2022 and March 2025. The second season started in July of 2025.
