Refund and Returns Policy

At Chiikawa Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used plushies and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos at support@shopchiikawa.com.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
